Free Backlinks For Your Website
A popular technique for generating backlinks, inbound links, or oneway links to your website is by posting comments on blogs. Many blogs allow you to include your URL in the comment which can be picked up by the search engines. I have created a commenting widget of sorts so that this feature can be added to just about any webpage. But, by placing the comment box on your website, you will actually get the backlinks or reciprocal links. Putting the box on your website allows you to post your comment to others who are using this widget. This will get your link and anchor text on their page. That is great by itself, but just by having the box on your site, you will attract people wanting to add a comment. But when they do, they will have to put the widget on their site first, which will give you an automatic and permanent link in their box. However, it does not stop there. Anyone they refer will also get your link in their box. So, just by doing whatever it is you already do, you can get link after glorious link to your site. If you can copy/paste some HTML, ASP or PHP code into your webpage, you can use this. No editing is required and no need to upload any files to your site. This site is brand new as time of this writing. I have not put much into the graphical appeal of the site as the purpose is to just house the function of the widget which is working great. First 100 people to host the widget box will get their link on my site too.
